Description
NordiLiv is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee the full supply chain operation for its imported baby and lifestyle product brands. This role will act as a key connection point between overseas brands, domestic sales and marketing teams, B2B distributors, e-commerce channels, and finance teams, ensuring smooth operations from overseas purchasing to final delivery.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including overseas ordering, international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, and distributor/e-commerce fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Nordic brand partners on purchase orders, production progress, replenishment planning, and delivery schedules.
- Track international logistics including sea and air freight, and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance partners.
- Manage domestic warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, quality checks, inventory management, and stock transfers.
- Monitor inventory turnover, identify shortage risks, analyze slow-moving products, and build SKU replenishment models and demand forecasts.
- Prepare import cost calculations, update cost data, and provide information to finance and sales teams.
- Support major promotions, trade shows, and replenishment planning.
- Manage B2B distributor orders, including quotations, order processing, stock preparation, shipping, and reconciliation.
- Support e-commerce fulfillment for platforms including Tmall and Xiaohongshu, covering picking, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
- Track after-sales issues such as damaged products, missing packages, and replacement orders, and provide improvement solutions.
- Operate ERP and CRM systems, including purchase orders, sales orders, inventory updates, shipment records, and distributor information management.
- Prepare operational reports including inventory reports, supply and demand updates, delivery schedules, and warehouse data.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and overseas teams on product planning, payments, invoicing, cost management, production planning, packaging, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations or import/export trade. Experience in baby, children’s products, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
- Familiar with import processes, including international shipping, customs clearance, trade documentation, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (Jushuitan is preferred) and CRM systems.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, data sensitivity, and execution ability.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with overseas brand partners on basic business matters.
- Able to work remotely within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region; candidates in Ningbo are preferred.
