Description
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Representative Office, including budget execution, expense management, and logistics.
- Coordinate meetings, events, official visits, and reception arrangements.
- Liaise with local government authorities, legal counsel, and financial advisors on behalf of the Representative Office.
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties and occasional short-term business travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Overseas education background (Master's degree or above) is preferred.
- Previous experience in administration or compliance within state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, or educational/training organizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with government procedures and public relations practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
