• Manage brand partnerships and business development, covering the full process from brand outreach and communication to livestream execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international brand suppliers, and understand each brand’s history, key product categories, and inventory capabilities.
• Create product selection strategies based on fashion trends and audience preferences, ensuring products are both engaging and commercially viable.
• Research fashion and market trends, and translate insights into practical product selection and commercial recommendations.
• Support team collaboration and maintain a positive working atmosphere. Communicate confidently with brands and external partners.

• 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry; experience in buying, sourcing, or product selection roles is preferred.
• Strong network of brand resources and familiarity with collaboration models of international luxury, premium, and independent designer brands.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, with the ability to analyze brands and demonstrate a clear personal aesthetic.
• Excellent business communication skills and the ability to confidently present partnership proposals.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple brand selection processes while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced livestream environment.
• Experience with livestream e-commerce processes and an understanding of how Xiaohongshu content connects with products is a plus.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain industry relationships are a plus.
