• Understand consumer needs through research and insights, identifying what kind of dairy products and food experiences people truly want and trust
• Own the full product development process, from initial concept and project planning to R&D coordination, supply chain communication, launch strategy, and ongoing product improvements
• Work closely with R&D teams to develop recipes, production teams to ensure quality, and marketing teams to build compelling product stories
• Use data to guide decisions while also bringing product intuition and the ability to identify future trends beyond numbers
• Take ownership of creating products that are meaningful, practical, and loved by consumers

• Genuine passion and curiosity for food and beverages, with excitement about creating better dairy products
• Strong execution skills and the ability to turn ideas into real products, not just concepts
• Able to balance data-driven thinking with product intuition and market awareness
• A strong belief that creating high-quality food products is worth taking seriously
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage the product development process from idea to launch
