Description
- Independently develop, approach, and maintain relationships with talent and talent management agencies.
- Identify artists and public figures with strong editorial, media, and commercial value based on the magazine’s content direction.
- Manage the full talent booking process, including outreach, editorial discussions, availability confirmation, and production coordination.
- Build and continuously maintain a talent resource pipeline, with a focus on developing both high-profile and high-potential talent.
- Work closely with editorial, business development, and project teams to maintain a steady pipeline of talent-related projects each month.
- Take ownership of projects from initial outreach through successful execution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in talent coordination, entertainment media, talent management, artist publicity, or a related field.
- Existing and genuine contacts within the artist and talent management industry.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to actively push projects forward rather than simply wait for responses.
- A basic understanding of an artist’s popularity, commercial value, and fashion relevance.
- Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to independently secure talent and projects.
- Able to meet regular performance targets and work independently.
