Description
- Handle daily store operations, including taking orders, cashier duties, wine recommendations, and customer service.
- Manage inventory checks, stock replenishment, and participate in wine selection.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on personal strengths and interests, such as brand partnerships, social media operations, design, photography, or video content.
Requirements
- Full-time availability.
- 2+ years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Able to handle high-pressure periods and multitask during busy hours, with availability to work until 1AM.
- WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent wine knowledge preferred.
- Strong service mindset and attention to detail, with a proactive attitude toward daily tasks.
- Outgoing personality with personal interests and hobbies.
- Flexible, quick-thinking, and able to identify and take initiative when needed.
- Basic fluency in English.
