• Take part in early-stage creative planning, independently gathering references from around the world, developing visual directions and styles, and turning ideas into practical creative proposals.
• Follow creative projects through the full production process, working with directors and design teams to maintain the quality of execution and ensure the final work stays aligned with the original creative direction.
• Coordinate with post-production teams and, with a basic understanding of AI tools and post-production workflows, follow editing, color grading, visual effects and other stages to refine the final work.
• Take part in project reviews and help build a creative reference library and working methodology to improve the production process over time.

• Strong visual taste and a genuine, playful approach to creativity, with a good eye for fashion and visual expression.
• Experience working across different creative fields, with the ability to independently organize creative references and develop project proposals.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a sense of responsibility and the ability to follow projects from initial ideas through execution.
• Basic knowledge of AI creative tools and post-production workflows, with the ability to support the execution of creative ideas.
• Proficiency in Keynote and/or PowerPoint, with good visual presentation and layout skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
