The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for conducting random sampling inspections on goods shipped directly to customers by suppliers, as well as incoming goods stored in the warehouse. The role includes handling customer complaints, performing root cause analysis on quality failures, and supporting supplier quality improvement. You will carry out statistical tasks related to your area of responsibility and support new product and project development in terms of quality and testing. The position also requires continuously learning and mastering relevant standards and certifications, creating internal quality documentation, and maintaining 6S principles. Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisors or the company.

• Experience with random sampling inspections for supplier-shipped goods
• Ability to conduct sampling inspections for incoming warehouse goods
• Experience handling customer complaints and performing root cause analysis
• Ability to monitor and support supplier quality improvement
• Skills in performing statistical tasks in the responsible area
• Experience supporting new product/project development in quality and testing
• Willingness to continuously learn and master various standards and certifications
• Ability to create internal quality documentation
