• Oversee local business operations, including staffing, scheduling, procurement, reporting, budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and team welfare.
• Manage suppliers, inventory, operating systems, reservations, cash handling and daily administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with local licensing, employment, safety and operational requirements.
• Work with the Bangkok store manager to develop training plans and maintain brand standards.

• At least 4–5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, including team management experience.
• Familiarity with budgeting, daily operations, problem-solving and reporting.
• Fluent Mandarin; working proficiency in English is preferred.
• A team-first, practical and hands-on attitude, with a passion for hospitality and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Open to feedback, detail-oriented and supportive of colleagues.
