Description
We are seeking a senior Human Resources Director with a deep understanding of the rules and operational models of the engineering EPC industry. The ideal candidate will leverage industry-acquired human resources and talent circles to quickly build core teams, develop an incentive-based compensation and performance system tailored to project-oriented enterprises, adopt a top-talent layout through scientific KPI setting, performance distribution, and annual package positive incentive mechanisms, and enhance organizational development and operational efficiency to support the company's global business expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 10+ years of human resources work experience, including at least 5 years in HR management roles within engineering EPC, energy, marine engineering, and related industries.
- Familiar with the business rules, talent distribution, and operational models of project-oriented enterprises in the engineering EPC industry, with proven experience in team building and incentive-based compensation.
- Proficient in core HR modules, including organizational development, talent management, and project team performance appraisal, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and international work environment.
