Description
- Lead the design of performance management programs, breaking down the organization's core strategies into departmental and team goals, ensuring alignment, and evaluating the effectiveness of performance targets and incentive schemes.
- Oversee the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, process tracking, regular reviews, results evaluation, and feedback, ensuring execution aligns with the strategic direction and completing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
- Effectively communicate performance results and ensure their application in areas such as incentives, salary adjustments, promotions, evaluations, and talent development.
- Empower managers through performance management insights and continuously optimize the performance system to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of HR experience, and 3+ years of experience in performance management preferred.
- Experience in performance management within e-commerce, internet, or consumer goods industries, with the ability to independently design performance schemes and manage the full PDCA cycle.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, principled, result-driven, and data-sensitive.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with HRBPs and business departments to resolve issues and push initiatives forward.
