Description

  • Conduct trade compliance screening and due diligence on customers, suppliers, intermediaries and business transactions.
  • Conduct export control screening, including sanctioned-country screening, end-use and end-user reviews, and controlled-item analysis.
  • Monitor changes in trade compliance, customs and export control laws and regulations, and assess their impact on business operations.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve trade compliance policies, procedures, guidelines and related documentation.
  • Conduct trade compliance audits and gap analyses, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Review product classifications, including Harmonized System (HS) codes and export control classifications.
  • Provide trade compliance consultation and operational support to business departments, branches and affiliated companies.
  • Organize and deliver training on trade compliance, export controls, sanctions and customs to improve employees' compliance awareness.
  • Support trade compliance projects, system implementation and cross-regional process standardization and coordination.
  • Support and promote the implementation of 6S management.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by management and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1–2 years of experience in import/export, customs, trade compliance, export controls, legal compliance or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates who have passed China's National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with good digital skills and the ability to use AI tools effectively to improve work efficiency and quality.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, honest and trustworthy.
  • Good physical and mental health.
