Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Planning
Write scripts and create engaging content for learners of Chinese. Design content that appeals to foreign learners, keeping up with current trends.

Video Production, Photography & Editing
Shoot and edit videos and photos, ensuring high-quality, on-trend visuals. Use tools like Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop for video/photo editing.

Market Expansion & Lead Generation
Find and build market opportunities and partnerships. Generate and organize leads through content and outreach.

Platform Management
Manage content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Mailchimp. Adapt content for each platform to maximize engagement.

Data Analysis & Optimization
Track the performance of content and make improvements based on data. Adjust strategies based on trends and audience feedback.

Collaboration & File Management
Keep content organized and manage files efficiently. Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of content.

Qualifications:

Education
Associate's degree or higher in Journalism, Media, Advertising, Chinese, or related fields preferred.

Skills
Strong writing, content creation, and video/photo editing skills. Proficient in photography and videography, with an eye for quality and trends. Fluent in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing). Experience using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Mailchimp. Ability to generate and manage leads.

Experience
1-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably for language learning. Familiar with platform-specific content strategies.

Personal Qualities
Proactive and able to take initiative in projects. Creative, with a good sense of visual trends. Strong teamwork and time management skills.
