FUJIFILM X-SPACE Shanghai is seeking a full-time Event Planning & Execution Specialist to support the planning and delivery of photography and community-based events. This role involves organizing user photography and social activities to support X-SPACE’s user engagement strategy, collecting and organizing monthly event data and materials, conducting regular user surveys to gather and analyze feedback, assisting with the scheduling and planning of monthly photography workshops, and supporting other daily exhibition space operations.

• Strong interest in photography, with solid photo and video technical skills
• High level of interest in youth-oriented lifestyle and social activities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to independently manage event projects
• Experience in brand marketing events or customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
