Description
- Manage media placement for local lifestyle projects, including exhibitions, mall events, brand pop-ups, and cultural tourism campaigns
- Plan and execute KOL/KOC seeding and promotion strategies across platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers at different tiers, leveraging existing creator resources
- Evaluate influencer content quality and ensure it meets conversion goals
- Optimize content performance based on platform trends, especially for Xiaohongshu (RED), including cover, title, opening hook, and information density
- Adjust media strategies based on data insights and campaign performance, with a focus on ROI
Requirements
- Experience working on Shanghai-based local lifestyle projects such as exhibitions, commercial events, or cultural initiatives
- Strong understanding of KOL/KOC ecosystems and hands-on experience managing full influencer marketing pipelines
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu content logic and viral content structure
- Ability to assess content effectiveness quickly and align it with campaign goals
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies
