Description
• Full-cycle planning: manage cycling events and brand activations from concept to budget, risk management, and on-site execution
• Client coordination: maintain close relationships with key clients, handle proposals, revisions, and approvals
• Business operations: handle pricing, contracts, invoicing, payments, and revenue compliance
• Vendor management: source and compare suppliers, sign contracts, ensure quality, build resources, and strictly control costs
• On-site management: coordinate staff, vehicles, and materials, and handle unexpected situations during events
Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in offline event planning and brand campaigns, with hands-on experience in large-scale cycling events or marketing projects
• Deep knowledge and passion for cycling: understand gear, routes, event rules, and able to ride and manage on-site operations
• Strong business negotiation skills and able to independently manage the full business process
• Expert in vendor management and cost control, with a meticulous approach to closing loops
• High pressure tolerance, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and quick on-site problem solving
• Proficient in using AI tools for planning and data analysis
