Description
- Identify and collaborate with creators on Xiaohongshu and Douyin whose aesthetics and tone align with the brand
- Integrate product selling points into creator content in a natural, non-advertising way
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize influencer selection and content direction based on data
- Regularly analyze and deconstruct high-performing content to extract repeatable strategies
- Act as a key gatekeeper of brand content quality, ensuring alignment between creators and brand tone
- Manage briefs, content review, and coordination with influencers and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in beauty or personal care PR/influencer marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu and Douyin content ecosystems
- Clear judgment on what type of content resonates with audiences
- Ability to evaluate creators based on aesthetic fit and brand alignment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing campaign data and content performance
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-moving environment
