Description
- Develop themes, names, selling points, and copy for products, and help design mechanisms, photo spots, and shareable moments for stores and pop-ups
- Participate in content planning and scripting for online channels (e.g. Xiaohongshu, short videos), turning ordinary products into engaging and relatable stories
- Analyze campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reviews, including what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve next time
- Assist with basic video editing when needed (professional level not required, but strong sense of internet culture is important)
- Use AI tools for ideation, script drafting, copy testing, research, and visual references
Requirements
- Strong observation of youth culture, behavior, and online trends
- Ability to turn simple things into interesting narratives or ideas
- Basic content creation skills (writing, scripting, or social media content preferred)
- Interest in offline experiences such as markets, pop-ups, exhibitions, or events
- Familiarity with or willingness to use AI tools in creative workflows

- Clear thinking with a grounded sense of creativity (not empty buzzwords)
- Strong willingness to execute and iterate ideas, not just conceptualize them
- Ability to notice subtle emotions in everyday life (awkwardness, joy, frustration, etc.) and turn them into content
- Understanding of what feels genuinely interesting versus what just sounds like marketing language
- Ability to start from small inputs (a title, a post, a video, an event) and develop them into complete outputs
