Job Description

e&a is looking for a Senior PR Executive with experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle communications to independently manage client projects, develop PR strategies, and coordinate with media, KOLs, celebrities, and industry partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute PR projects independently, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for brand campaigns.
• Maintain and build relationships with media, KOLs, celebrities, and industry partners.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights that help shape project direction.
• Stay sensitive to brand positioning, trends, and content development.
• Balance strategic thinking with strong attention to execution details.

• Experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle PR and communications.
• Ability to independently manage client projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of media, KOL, and influencer ecosystems with established communication skills and networks.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of brands, aesthetics, and content trends.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
