Description
- Support research for circular cup pilot projects, including desk research, case studies, information collection, and document organization.
- Assist with field research, interviews, and on-site observations when needed.
- Support data collection and management, including organizing survey results, user feedback, and project records.
- Assist with basic data analysis and contribute to drafting pilot project evaluation reports.
- Support communication efforts by collecting photos, videos, user feedback, and project materials.
- Assist in preparing social media content drafts and organizing communication performance data.
- Support online and offline events, including participant coordination, registration management, event preparation, and on-site execution.
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, task follow-ups, and project document management.
- Complete other project-related tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Passionate about environmental issues and interested in plastic pollution solutions.
- Able to commit at least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Available to work remotely and able to respond to project needs in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication, coordination, writing, and learning skills.
- Proficient in basic office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in event planning, project management, desk research, or information organization is a plus.
- Good English skills (CET-6 or above preferred) for accessing and organizing international resources.
- Comfortable with remote work and able to maintain a stable working schedule.
- Able to work 16–32 hours per week, with candidates based in China or without significant time zone differences preferred.
