Description
- Plan and manage Noice’s content strategy across Chinese and international social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop content directions, style guidelines, and publishing schedules based on the brand’s positioning.
- Lead content planning and production, including scripting, storyboarding, coordinating with shooting and editing teams, and selecting final materials.
- Create and oversee high-quality visual content, including graphics, short videos, and other social media content formats.
- Manage daily social media operations, including publishing, community engagement, and account growth.
- Track social media trends and identify new content opportunities in travel, education, and culture-related fields.
- Analyze platform performance and optimize content strategies based on data insights.
- Set growth goals and KPIs to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Communicate with partners and explore opportunities for collaborations and cross-platform campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1+ year of experience in new media operations or brand content management. Experience with travel, education, or culture-related brands is a plus.
- Familiar with major social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with an understanding of their content ecosystems and user behaviors.
- Strong content planning and production coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, photography, and video teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with an international perspective and strong brand storytelling ability.
- Passionate about travel and culture, with a good understanding of youth trends and content aesthetics.
