Description
- Assist with the full execution of brand marketing events, from pre-event preparation and on-site coordination to post-event review.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues and other internal and external resources to ensure events run smoothly.
- Assist with preparing event proposals, timelines, execution manuals and other related documents.
- Collect and organize event data and user feedback, and help prepare post-event reports.
Requirements
- Students or graduates in art history, Chinese, marketing, advertising, PR, management or related fields are preferred.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accommodate occasional overtime during busy event periods.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English, with English available as a working language. Proof of English proficiency or relevant information should be provided.
- For interns: able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
