• Develop content strategies and editorial plans for social media channels, building a distinctive brand identity and working toward monthly and annual growth targets.
• Lead the full content production process for fashion, styling and new product content, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing and layout.
• Stay on top of fashion trends and social media conversations, developing topics, viral content and brand campaigns to increase reach and influence within target communities.
• Manage the content team, oversee schedules and workflows, establish working standards and lead the team toward operational targets.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and paid campaigns, review performance data and optimize strategies and ROI.
• Work across departments to coordinate and deliver social media projects from planning through execution.

• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, preferably with experience in fashion, fashion retail, multi-brand stores or the lifestyle/trend industry, with proven experience in building and growing a social media account from scratch.
• Strong skills in shooting and editing photo and video content. Proficiency in CapCut and Canva is required.
• Strong visual sense and the ability to create original content.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and traffic patterns, with experience developing consistent, series-based content.
• Strong team coordination and management skills, with the ability to build and improve workflows.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use performance data to optimize content and paid campaigns.
