• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, from initial concept development and proposal writing to on-site implementation and post-event evaluation, ensuring all projects align with SHAN GE’s brand positioning and content IP resources.
• Develop high-quality, practical, and executable event proposals that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and positioning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including editorial, visual, and business development, as well as external partners, to align event requirements, produce event materials, deliver IP content, and fulfill commercial partnership commitments.
• Support the business development team with event planning and resources for commercial partnerships, and participate in business development initiatives and event execution.
• Build and maintain industry contacts and event resources across fashion, culture, and cultural tourism. Track industry trends, explore new event formats, and strengthen the brand’s reputation for offline events.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least five years of end-to-end offline event management experience in fashion, emerging consumer brands, media, or event agencies.
• Proven experience leading high-quality events as the primary person in charge, with strong expertise in budgeting, on-site execution, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and an understanding of Eastern aesthetics, humanities, and the arts, with experience meeting the standards of luxury and fashion industry events.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Resilient under pressure and willing to work intensively during event periods and travel for work.
• Proficient in Feishu, Keynote, Excel, and other office tools.
• Detail-oriented, composed, results-driven, and capable of managing projects through to completion.
