• Develop strategic insights and PR plans for clients, with a strong understanding of outdoor, fashion, luxury, and designer brands.
• Provide strategic PR consulting and manage day-to-day client communications and activities.
• Work with the team to prepare regular PR coverage reports and market analyses, using insights to refine ongoing PR strategies.
• Support the PR Manager in managing daily PR operations, including media days, event planning and execution, media relations, and sample management.
• Assist in writing PR materials, including press releases, brand content, and interview materials.
• Manage media and influencer exposure, as well as gifting initiatives for celebrities, KOLs, stylists, and relevant communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, KOLs, stylists, and communities, and independently coordinate media placements and content publication.
• Identify new media and community opportunities, stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, and regularly compile industry updates.
• Maintain long-term media relationships through media pitching, collaborations, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and event execution.
• Oversee the execution of online and offline events, and collaborate with the team to prepare and present performance reports to clients.

• Bachelor's degree or above in art, public relations, brand management, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a PR agency or a relevant brand-related role.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills. Japanese or another foreign language is a plus.
• Overseas study or living experience is preferred.
• Experience in independently planning events and delivering presentations.
• Experience in AI, outdoor, fashion, premium ready-to-wear, or luxury industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work closely with team members while respecting clients and colleagues.
