• Identify the need for new products and materials, and keep the sales team informed about product details and market trends
• Research potential products and suppliers, comparing pricing and quality to secure the best options
• Request quotes from freight forwarders, negotiate contracts and rates, and research suitable shipping methods and carriers
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, overseeing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service
• Inspect purchased products upon delivery and promptly report any issues
• Respond to product, delivery, or logistics-related issues and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of purchased products, suppliers, and projects
• Attend events, shows, and exhibitions to build relationships with vendors and discover new products

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Technical Studies, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience in merchandising, purchasing, logistics, or project management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information
• Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Strong project management and decision-making skills, with a high level of responsibility and autonomy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
