Description
- Coordinate product development and sampling processes, working closely with designers on product development and revisions.
- Manage the full production process independently, ensuring projects run smoothly and production and procurement efficiency are continuously improved.
- Monitor pre-production samples, order quantities, production schedules, product quality, and key launch deadlines, identifying and resolving issues along the way.
- Source and develop new suppliers, manage bulk orders, and oversee pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supply and quality, while improving the overall procurement-to-warehouse process.
- Conduct market research, maintain supplier relationships, and establish supplier evaluation systems to assess production capacity, delivery performance, and cost control.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce overall costs and achieve annual cost-saving targets.
Requirements
- Experience in product development, procurement, or supply chain management within the beaded bracelet, accessories, or related brand industry is required.
- Candidates with end-to-end experience in bringing products from concept to launch are preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and product construction, with the ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers.
- Familiarity with office software.
- Strong market awareness, openness to new ideas, and the ability to offer creative suggestions.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, with strong organizational, coordination, communication, judgment, and negotiation skills.
