Description
The Alliance Française de Shanghai is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual for the position of Marketing and Cultural Officer, to start in April 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the French language, French and Francophone cultures, as well as the center's language courses and cultural activities. Working under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and Culture, this role involves collaboration across various teams to create and implement visual and marketing strategies, develop promotional materials, manage online and offline communications, and participate in cultural events and projects. Additionally, the position requires close cooperation with other departments, especially the education team, reception, and multimedia library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing and cultural promotion strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of visual communication strategies and ensure brand consistency.
- Design and manage promotional materials, including schedules, flyers, newsletters, posters, videos, and merchandise.
- Help manage and operate the center's marketing platforms, including the website, social media, and other promotional tools.
- Participate in the planning and organization of cultural and promotional events.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Requirements
- Chinese nationality with fluent communication skills in French (B2 level or above) and English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software.
- Experience in video creation and post-production.
- A good understanding of digital marketing.
- A deep interest in cultural exchange, French culture, and the French language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, curiosity, dynamism, and a team-oriented mindset.
