We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can create compelling content while pushing products from concept to completion. If you're familiar with "brand," "product," and "market," and want to take responsibility for more than just one of these areas, you might be the person we're looking for.
Your Responsibilities:
Social Media and Brand Content
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the brand's social media channels (in both Chinese and English).
- Stay updated on social trends, cultural shifts, and platform ecosystems.
- Translate the brand voice into clear, engaging, and shareable content.
- Assist in planning content themes and communication strategies for different stages.
New Product Planning and R&D Follow-up
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and planning for new product concepts.
- Coordinate the product development process, including liaising with factories and suppliers.
- Oversee samples, revisions, detail confirmation, and progress management.
- Be involved in the entire product creation process—from idea to finished product.
Other Responsibilities You’ll Gradually Take On:
- Support for brand activities and cross-industry collaborations.
- Proactively propose and implement ideas that contribute to the brand’s growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to naturally switch between work contexts.
- Strong sensitivity to social media trends and popular discussions.
- Detail-oriented, not afraid of repeating confirmation or refining details.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive projects forward.
- Creative and passionate about brands, products, and content.
- No need to be an expert in everything, but we hope you’re eager to learn, think critically, and take ownership of your projects.
