• National Tours & Music Festival Execution: Manage and execute nationwide tours for international artists from Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, and other regions. Oversee both indoor and outdoor music festivals and handle cultural approval processes.
• Online Promotion: Manage online promotion on platforms like Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and other social media channels.
• Project Planning & A&R: Plan and execute new projects independently, where applicable. Develop domestic artists under the label (A&R).
• Other Tasks: Assist with the execution of various other projects as needed.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English; proficient in Japanese (N2 or above preferred). Able to communicate in both English and Japanese for regular tasks, gather information on international artists, and learn about the music industry.
• Music & Entertainment Enthusiast: Understanding and passion for music from various regions, including Europe, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and China, as well as pop culture.
• Promotion Skills: Experience and knowledge in video editing and platform operations (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Bilibili).
• Others: Able to understand and embrace Luuv Label's modern, diverse lifestyle and aesthetic focused on youth culture. Proactive, quick thinker, with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities. No procrastination, strong in data analysis.
