At WildChina, we’re not just about planning trips—we craft life-changing journeys for both leisure and corporate clients. We are looking for a creative and bilingual MICE Marketing Specialist to help position WildChina as a leading provider of unique corporate travel experiences in China. Your mission will be to develop and execute marketing strategies, telling compelling stories about our off-the-beaten-path corporate programs, and driving growth through innovative digital content, event marketing, and business development. You’ll be responsible for strategic content creation, including case studies, social media posts, and promotional materials, while also supporting the BD team and representing WildChina at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Content Leadership: Develop marketing strategies, craft content (articles, case studies, social media), and manage our digital presence (LinkedIn, corporate website).
- Business Development Support: Assist the BD team with materials, market research, and outreach campaigns.
- Event & Trip Marketing: Provide full marketing support for corporate events and learning trips.
- Industry Representation: Attend industry events, enhance brand visibility, and build relationships.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, provide insights, and guide future investments.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing (MICE, travel, B2B services, or related industries).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website CMS (WordPress).
- Basic multimedia and video editing skills are a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
