Your Mission Within the Group, you will develop your own advisory practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and structure your portfolio of clients by leveraging your existing network and through direct prospecting initiatives
- Establish and develop long-term relationships within HNW and VHNW networks.
- Mastering the full range of solutions offered by the Group
- Conducting an in-depth wealth assessment with your prospects
- Designing and implementing international strategies tailored to clients’ objectives
- Maintaining long-term relationships through structured reviews
- The early years are focused on building your client’s portfolio aligned with the group’s standards.
Requirements
Profile We seek professionals who:
- Demonstrate strong business development capabilities • Are attracted to meritocratic, performance-driven models
- Have at least two years of experience in wealth management or related fields
- Show discipline, resilience, and maturity
- Are fluent in English
- Hold a master’s degree in finance, Business, or equivalent
