Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our team. This role involves planning and execution of marketing and promotion initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across China.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the marketing team; develop the annual marketing plan and ensure its execution.
  • Develop and execute the company's communication strategy (incl. social media) to ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice across all channels.
  • Grow community presence by developing partnerships with expatriate associations, schools, and social organizations, and organizing events.
  • Manage brand positioning and align the message with the company's objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with operational and sales objectives.
  • Supervise communication flows to enhance client engagement and drive repeat purchases.
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct market research, and provide monthly reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Event, or Account management.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or online platforms is a strong asset.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
