Description
- Manage social media presence on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat, producing visual and written content to boost brand awareness and follower engagement.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns for key brand moments, including new product launches and collaborations, from creative concept to strategy and execution.
- Independently coordinate offline activations such as pop-up stores and events, overseeing on-site operations, setup, and vendor management to ensure brand presentation.
- Collaborate efficiently with internal design, product teams, and KOLs, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to produce post-event reports, continuously optimizing future campaigns.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty is a plus).
- Strong logical thinking, aesthetic sensitivity, and ability to capture market trends.
- Highly self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing project timelines.
- Outgoing, passionate, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Pet lovers are a plus.
