We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee the full sales cycle and expand our customer base in Mainland China.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mainland China, with a primary focus on European SMEs and additional outreach to the APAC market
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions for customers
- Contribute to the development and expansion of SoftNet’s services
- Represent the company at networking events and occasional business trips
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in sales with an international focus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Interest in or background in ICT / technology
- Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
