Description
- Sales performance management: Set and achieve store sales targets, track daily/weekly performance, and optimize conversion rate and average transaction value
- Customer relations & VIP service: Build and maintain a core VIP customer base, provide personalized services, and improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Team management & training: Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including scheduling and training to improve overall service and sales capability
- Brand & store experience: Ensure store visual merchandising, spatial atmosphere, and brand consistency to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Sales process optimization: Improve sales workflow and customer journey to increase operational efficiency and standardization
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with buying, design, and content teams to support product sales and content-driven conversions
