Description
- Assist the team in managing sales and daily communication for overseas brands in the China market
- Support buyer communication and client relationship management, including organizing materials and basic follow-ups
- Assist with order sessions and trade shows, including sample management, visual merchandising preparation, and on-site support
- Track orders and shipment progress, and help handle restocking and related requests
- Organize sales data and market feedback, and complete basic reporting
- Support the organization and updating of brand materials and product information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in fashion or related fields preferred
- Interest in the fashion industry; familiarity with multi-brand stores or brand sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Proficient in basic office software, especially Excel
- Basic English communication and writing skills
- Responsible and able to adapt to the pace of order sessions
