Description
We are looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Intern to support KOC/KOL sourcing and collaboration work on Xiaohongshu and other social platforms. This role is heavily execution-focused and involves direct communication with creators, database building, and campaign coordination.
- Source and identify relevant KOC/KOL accounts on Xiaohongshu for paid collaborations
- Match influencers based on brand budget and negotiate cooperation terms
- Build and maintain a structured KOC/KOL contact database
- Handle account screening, pricing negotiation, sample dispatch, content tracking, and performance feedback
- Continuously explore and develop new influencer partnerships
- Research and analyze competitor and brand influencer ecosystems to refine targeting strategies
- Iterate and optimize influencer selection models based on data insights
- Strong involvement in data sorting, account evaluation, and resource integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, Advertising, or related majors preferred
- Active user of Xiaohongshu and/or Instagram; strong internet culture awareness is a plus
- Basic copywriting ability
- Strong communication skills and high execution efficiency
- Ability to think from a consumer/user perspective
- High sensitivity to data and ability to interpret account performance metrics
- Available to work 5 days per week for at least 4 months
