Internship Duration & Schedule
- Minimum internship period: 3 months
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
- At least 4 working days per week required

Responsibities
- Participate in the daily operation and promotion of the Bund Art Center’s digital platform.
- Assist in coordinating with artists and art institutions, maintaining the online platform, and supporting event planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze social media and platform performance data, provide regular feedback, and optimize operational strategies to improve user conversion and retention.
- Engage with users by replying to comments and messages, handling feedback, and maintaining the brand image.
- Explore and expand new media channels while building partnerships with KOLs, bloggers, and figures in the art industry to increase platform visibility and influence.
Requirements
- Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student preferred, especially in marketing, media, advertising, journalism, art management, fine arts, or related fields.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and an interest in interacting with professionals.
- Previous new media or platform operation experience preferred; familiarity with art-related platforms is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to independently create engaging content across different writing styles.
- Photography, videography, and photo/video post-production skills are preferred.
- Ability to analyze operational data and use tools to optimize platform strategies.
- Passion for art with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to incorporate artistic elements into content creation and communication.
- Responsible, collaborative, and capable of working independently while maintaining efficiency within a team environment.
