Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to support Wo Hui’s marketing activities, with a focus on paid digital advertising, social media, and content creation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising: Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads. Develop ad copy, visuals, audiences, and campaign messaging. Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, click through rates, conversions, and cost per lead. Test and refine campaign content, targeting, budgets, and landing pages to improve results based on specific data points.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor organic search performance and support basic SEO practices, including keyword alignment in content and platform-specific optimisation for discoverability. Identify opportunities for creative social media content, including graphics, short videos, campaign posts, and audience focused messaging. Track social media performance and adjust content based on engagement and results.
- Content Creation: Create, edit, and curate high quality content for marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and campaign materials. Design simple and engaging marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Support the creation of visual content, including graphics, short videos, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure all content is consistent with Wo Hui’s brand voice, visual identity, style, and tone. Monitor content performance and refine content ideas to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Support the sales team by creating and maintaining marketing and sales materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and promotional documents. Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, paid advertising, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proven execution and expertise in paid advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Experience creating marketing content for social media, campaigns, email, or websites.
- Strong creative skills, with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Full understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign reporting, lead generation, and conversion improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be results focused, with the ability to review campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Proactive and creative. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
