Description
- Manage daily content updates, copywriting, shooting, editing, and account maintenance on Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Execute marketing campaigns, track performance data, and adjust strategies quickly.
- Produce and publish basic graphics and short videos.
- Identify influencers, initiate communication, and coordinate collaborations.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in social media marketing or content operations, able to independently handle the full process from planning to execution.
- Frequent user of Xiaohongshu and Douyin, with sensitivity to lifestyle, fashion, and aesthetic content.
- Strong design sense, able to maintain brand tone without sacrificing design quality for traffic.
- Proficient in basic video editing and graphic design using Jianying, Canva, or Photoshop (advanced skills not required).
- Highly results-oriented and motivated to achieve performance goals.
- Effective communication skills, able to clearly express ideas and accept feedback.
- Bonus: successful campaigns or viral content that drove conversion are highly valued.
