Description
- Expand and maintain influencer live-streaming resources, primarily on Douyin, WeChat Channels, and Xiaohongshu, building a resource pool that aligns with the brand tone and fosters long-term collaboration.
- Independently negotiate live-streaming deals with influencers of different tiers, follow up during live sessions, and conduct post-event reviews.
- Optimize product selling points tailored to different influencer styles, and propose in-stream display plans, including cue cards, KT boards, props, and other materials.
- Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and market changes to evaluate live-stream performance, adjust collaboration strategies based on data, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Adapt influencer live-streaming strategies across platforms for a brand in its early-stage development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3+ years of experience in influencer live-streaming BD, preferably with successful cases in personal care, beauty, or lifestyle categories.
- Familiarity with live-streaming mechanics on e-commerce and social platforms (Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu).
- Own a personal resource pool of influencers in personal care/beauty/lifestyle, able to showcase 3–5 recent collaborations.
- Strong goal orientation, proactive, capable of independent problem-solving, and able to work cross-functionally.
- Brand mindset with strong learning ability, business acumen, and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to join a startup environment, helping to grow influencer live-streaming from 0 to 1, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
