Description
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans based on annual and project sales targets, oversee full project workflows, and conduct post-campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing channels, content strategies, and event activations to drive sales conversion, working closely with content teams and external/internal partners to achieve communication goals
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and produce regular research and analysis reports to support marketing decisions
- Manage relationships with clients, channel partners, and collaborators while identifying and expanding potential customer resources to support sales growth
- Track key marketing and campaign data, maintain structured data records, and regularly review performance to optimize strategy and improve ROI
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on market needs and audience feedback across project selection, promotion, and sales settlement processes
- Support marketing settlement coordination and communication tasks, and participate in on-site event duty during performances on weekends, holidays, and weekday evenings, including ticketing and membership services
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, management, or related fields preferred
- Experience in internet marketing and sales operations; experience in performing arts or live entertainment industry is a plus
- Strong project planning, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong aesthetic sense and interest in arts and music appreciation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during performances
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
