Description
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives such as academic conferences, industry exhibitions, and technical seminars to increase visibility of advanced instrumentation in research and industrial communities
- Drive end-to-end sales of nanoindentation and surface mechanical testing equipment, focusing on universities, research institutes, and high-end industrial clients across materials, microelectronics, energy, and related fields
- Act as a long-term solution partner to clients, providing consultative support beyond equipment sales
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis, and contribute feedback to product development and company strategy
- Collaborate closely with technical and training teams to ensure smooth delivery of demonstrations, communications, and deal closures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; background in materials science, mechanical engineering, microelectronics, instrumentation, or related fields preferred
- 5+ years of experience in scientific instruments or high-end equipment sales/marketing
- Familiarity with nanoindentation or surface mechanical testing equipment preferred
- Existing customer network in universities or research institutes is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language with international teams
- Strong goal orientation, self-motivation, execution ability, and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently within China for short-term business trips
- Preferably under 35 years old
