Description
- Develop and grow WildChina’s North America market, building strong relationships with top-tier travel agents, cultural institutions, and brand partners
- Design and present high-quality travel program proposals from concept to execution, including itineraries and experiential journeys
- Identify market trends and customer insights to support new product and business initiatives with leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities
- Manage end-to-end client travel programs, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership on North America expansion strategy
- Turn client feedback into improved travel experiences and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Fluent English (native-level preferred), strong communication and pitching skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, travel, hospitality, or cultural sectors
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Passion for travel, cultural storytelling, and sustainability
- Proficient in standard office and digital collaboration tools
- Based in Beijing or the United States preferred
