Description
- Lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure achievement of both individual and team sales targets
- Manage daily gallery sales operations, providing professional art appreciation, collection consulting, and sales services to high-net-worth clients
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, with a focus on long-term VIP client management and lifecycle engagement
- Plan and execute gallery events, offering members curated art experiences and exclusive services to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement
- Oversee or support daily gallery operations, including exhibition and product display updates, inventory management, and event execution follow-up
- Ensure accurate, safe, and organized storage of artworks and products through hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience
- Maintain the visual presentation and spatial experience of the gallery in line with brand standards
- Handle administrative and operational tasks using Office tools (especially Excel and Word), ensuring efficient reporting and documentation
- Comply with company operational policies, including scheduling, attendance, and workflow management, while handling multiple priorities effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or galleries/art institutions; team management experience is preferred
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate professionally in both written and spoken contexts
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a confident, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong relationship-building ability with clients and team members
- Willingness to learn and grow in art knowledge and management skills, open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during special events
