Description
- Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, including PR communication and brand reputation management
- Oversee product matrix and pricing strategy, and lead full GTM (go-to-market) processes for key product launches to drive revenue and profit growth
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social content strategy and influencer/KOL matrix planning
- Translate brand momentum into sustained search interest, traffic growth, and conversion across e-commerce and social platforms
- Build and protect brand reputation through proactive communication and risk management across complex projects
- Drive content direction and storytelling strategy to strengthen brand perception and product advocacy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in beauty and personal care marketing
- Proven track record of leading large-scale integrated campaigns with measurable business growth results preferred
- Strong understanding of platform content ecosystems and traffic dynamics, with the ability to convert buzz into commercial outcomes
- High sensitivity to public sentiment and strong ability in risk anticipation and management for complex projects
- Excellent cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and proposal/pitching skills
- Strong intuition or deep understanding of content, storytelling, and consumer communication
- Genuine passion for brand building
