Description
This position is open to native Russian speakers from Russian-speaking countries. The role is responsible for brand promotion, marketing planning, event execution, content operation, and channel expansion in Russian-speaking regions (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other CIS countries). Candidates need to formulate localized marketing plans based on local market consumption habits, cultural characteristics and industry trends, improve brand awareness, market share and user stickiness in Russian-speaking regions, and support the large-scale and localized development of the company’s overseas business.
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker with fluent written and spoken Russian. Familiar with Russian regional culture, slang, and internet trends, with the ability to create professional marketing content and handle business communication effectively. Basic Chinese communication skills are preferred for smoother team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, International Trade, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in overseas market planning, new media marketing, or brand promotion. Experience working with Russian-speaking markets is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in marketing planning, copywriting, and event execution, with the ability to independently manage projects from planning to implementation.
- Familiar with social media platforms and marketing strategies in Russian-speaking regions, with strong market insights, data analysis skills, and the ability to identify trends and user needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results efficiently.
