• Conduct research and analysis on global geopolitics, regional international relations, cross-border policies, and foreign-related strategies.
• Monitor global political and economic developments, including changes in international relations, regional security, trade, and economic trends.
• Conduct country-specific and regional research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Provide consulting support on overseas expansion, cross-border cooperation, risk management, and international strategy.
• Develop strategic reports, policy analysis, and consulting solutions for government institutions, international businesses, overseas organizations, and investment institutions.
• Participate in special consulting projects, including project planning, research, analysis, and implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Relations, International Politics, Diplomacy, Geopolitics, World Economy, International Public Policy, Regional and Country Studies, or related fields is preferred.
• Candidates with research experience at reputable universities, think tanks, or research institutions are preferred.
• Relevant experience in think tank research, strategic consulting, foreign-related policy research, country analysis, or government-enterprise international services is preferred.
• Experience working with international organizations, foreign affairs institutions, strategic consulting firms, or overseas research institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with the international relations, political environment, and policy systems of key regions such as Eurasia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East is preferred.
• Native Russian speaker with fluent spoken and written Russian skills is required.
• Strong understanding of Russian-speaking countries’ culture, regional characteristics, industry terminology, and online public opinion landscape.
• Ability to independently conduct Russian-language research, provide policy analysis, prepare bilingual reports, and support international business communication.
• Basic English reading and writing skills are acceptable.
• Basic Chinese communication skills are required for effective collaboration with domestic teams.
