Description

  • Support the execution of offline marketing activities, including roadshows, promotional events, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and brand collaborations.
  • Assist with on-site event operations, including booth setup, product displays, customer engagement, Q&A support, and maintaining event order.
  • Support the full process of workshops and meetings, including preparation, communication, registration, material distribution, and post-event organization.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze marketing event data, and assist with preparing basic event reports and performance summaries.
  • Prepare, organize, transport, and manage event materials, ensuring sufficient supplies and proper inventory management.
  • Maintain records of marketing gifts and materials inventory, and assist with gift applications, packing, and delivery.
  • Support internal administrative processes, including contract stamping, approval procedures, reimbursement processes, and document organization.
  • Assist with cross-department communication and other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, currently studying (junior undergraduate or first-year graduate students preferred). Majors in Marketing, Advertising, Events Management, Media, Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  • Previous experience in offline promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, campus activities, or event organization is a plus.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in different event environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with basic data organization and analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good English communication skills, including basic spoken and written communication for work-related emails.
  • Experience with internal workflow systems such as OA or HRP, including contract approval, document processing, or reimbursement procedures, is preferred.
  • Available for weekend and holiday events, as well as off-site work. Able to commit to at least 3 months of internship, with 3–5 days of on-site work per week (including weekends).
